Sharon Miles

Sharon began in the flooring industry in 1985, when she managed a flooring store located in North Baltimore, Ohio. This store was eventually bought out by a competitor and she became the general manager.  She transferred to the store’s Findlay Office and remained working with them until 1990. She was then approached by Myers House of Color to head their flooring department.  She would continue to manage and grow the flooring division of Myers House of  Color until January 2000. At this time, she approached the Myers family to purchased the name House of Color and the flooring division.  To date, she has continued to manage all of the major retail accounts and the overall operations of the business.

Andrew Reynolds

Andrew Reynolds is the general manager for the House of Color. He joined the staff in September of 2011 and is in charge of the day to day operations of the store, as well as helping customers find their ideal choices in new flooring and bathroom designs. Before being approached about joining the House of Color team, Andrew worked as a general manager for Cellular Central Inc and at one point was in charge of opening and running over 10 successful locations in Findlay’s surrounding areas. He is young and energetic, and looks forward to helping House of Color be Findlay and its surrounding areas #1 source for flooring and tile needs!

Sue Mason

Sue Mason had begun working for Myers House of Color in November 1999 and remained with House of Color through its purchase. Sue now handles all of the book keeping and accounts payable for the company, including daily tasks such as accounts payable, payroll, taxes, and other general accounting responsibilities.

Tom Van Handel

Tom Van Handel began working with House of Color in November of 2010.  Tom has been involved in various aspects of the flooring business since 1979, having worked in sales, mill distributor representation, and warehousing. Tom is currently responsible for the warehouse duties, installation management, and sales for House of Color.

Jennifer Poe, CKD

Jennifer graduated from BGSU in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design. She has been working as a designer in the home remodeling industry ever since. She believes in listening closely to each client’s desires, and creating unique solutions for each individual. She has extensive knowledge of construction processes, and of common home remodeling challenges. Jennifer is one of few nationally Certified Kitchen Designers (CKD) in the country. This National Kitchen and Bath certification is based upon extensive industry experience and proctored examinations. Jennifer also has extensive experience with accessibility challenges common in bathroom areas. Jennifer’s work, in both Cleveland and Findlay, has generated outstanding client references for years. She strives to give you the best customer service before, during and after your project!
